Your responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline with a high conversion rate, attending sales meetings to provide progress updates, and researching industry trends. You should also be able to identify new sales opportunities through networking initiatives and customer referrals.

As an Enterprise Sales Executive at H2O.ai, you are skilled at navigating the enterprise buying process, conveying value, and compressing the sales cycle. You bring a passion for innovation and translating complex technology into a high-ROI business outcome. You are skilled at qualifying opportunities robustly, managing your time wisely, and staying focused on new and upsell revenue.

What you will do:

  • Develop long-lasting relationships with new customers.
  • Engage with CIOs, CDOs, CTOs, IT executives, Data Scientists, and other key stakeholders
  • Manage and grow a pipeline of both net new and existing accounts
  • Secure both quick wins whilst also cultivating complex 7-figure transactions
  • Maintain impeccable Salesforce hygiene on all active opportunities and customer activity
  • Use strong qualification, time management and excellent communication skills of all forms
  • Think strategically about planning/structuring and winning deals
  • Be a team player – ability to work with marketing, demand generation. 
  • Manage existing customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Develop demos and solid sales proposals to convince potential and existing customers to purchase company products and services.

What you bring:

  • 5+ years’ experience in Enterprise Software Sales – Business Development Experience will be a plus.
  • Minimum of 3+ yrs. field sales experience in big data, predictive analytics, data science
  • Previous experience in start-up environments
  • Strong Powerpoint, Excel and SFDC skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Dynamic personality able to effectively engage and influence a variety of audiences at all levels of a business.
  • Confident communication (written and oral) skills and a demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with all levels of internal and external organizations.
  • Business acumen, sound decision making, analytical and organizational skills in a fast-paced environment; a consultative approach to managing complex client relationships
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and remain motivated
  • Strong existing network in large enterprise accounts in your territory.
  • Proven track record of revenue overachievement
