Job Description

What You Will Do

• Support the management of the lifecycle of technical programs, from inception to delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans and timelines and ensure adherence to these throughout the program.
• Maintain clear and open communication with stakeholders, including executives, team members, and external partners.
• Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Identify and assess project risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them. Proactively address any issues that may impact project timelines or objectives.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and provide visibility to stakeholders.
• Support the program manager in overseeing the day-to-day activities of AI transformation program and specific initiatives, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
• Develop and maintain program documentation, including project plans, timelines, and status reports, as required.
• Support the development of program strategies and plans, including the creation of roadmaps and resource allocation.
• Support the development and implementation of AI training and adoption plans, ensuring that end-users are properly trained and equipped to utilize AI solutions effectively.
• Monitor and report on program metrics, including project status, timelines, and budgets, identifying areas for improvement and suggesting corrective actions as needed.
• Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the program.

What We Are Looking For

• Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2+ years experience working in industry with hands-on technical experience.
• Some experience in program/project management, or a related field is preferred.
• Ability to work in a structured and ad-hoc work environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach.
• Familiarity with Python and ability to have a conversation on Data Science concepts with customers.
• Strong skills in productivity and project management tools such as Microsoft Office tools, or the G Suite equivalent e.g. Sheets, Docs, Slides, is preferred.
• The ideal candidate for this role should possess the ability to thrive and make informed decisions in ambiguous situations, demonstrating adaptability and resourcefulness.
• A general understanding of program management principles, including project planning, execution, monitoring, and control.
