About This Opportunity

H2O.ai’s documentation team is looking for a passionate writer with a love for data science. The ideal person will learn the basics of technical writing and AI concepts in a real-world setting, while working closely with documentation experts, developers, and other subject matter experts.

What You Will Do

• Own and develop documentation for web applications and/or collaborate with senior writers for larger H2O products.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to gather information, identify content gaps, and complete documentation.
• Contribute ideas and research towards improving the documentation platform and process at H2O.
• Learn general AI concepts and gain practical exposure to different documentation tools.

What We Are Looking For

• Undergraduate in Software Engineering / Business IT / Data Science / English or a related field from a recognized university.
• Excellent grasp of the English language.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and good researching skills.
• Fair understanding of AI concepts is an added advantage.
• Prior experience working with Github is an added advantage.
• Excellent work ethics and ability to learn new technologies and products fast.
• A can do attitude with minimal supervision.
