Job Description

What You Will Do

  • Partner Engagement:
  • Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to maximize mutual business opportunities and promote collaboration.
  • Identify and onboard new partners to expand our partner network and drive additional revenue streams.
  • Support regional marketing in collaborating with partners to develop joint strategic initiatives that generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Sales Team Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide them with the necessary support and resources for effective lead conversion.
  • Communicate regularly with the sales team to gather feedback on lead quality and continuously improve the lead qualification process.
  • Ensure seamless coordination between partner-related activities and the sales team's efforts.
  • Lead Qualification:
  • Utilize your extensive experience in lead qualification to identify high-potential prospects especially for the public sector
  • Conduct comprehensive research on leads to understand their business needs, pain points, and potential fit with our AI and ML solutions.
  • Engage with leads through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, LinkedIn and virtual meetings, to assess their interest and readiness for sales engagement.
  • Salesforce Knowledge:
  • Utilize Salesforce to manage leads, track activities, and report on performance.
  • Keep Salesforce data accurate and up to date, ensuring it serves as a valuable tool for sales and marketing efforts.
  • Sales Pipeline Management:
  • Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline and efficiently manage a substantial volume of inbound leads.
  • Ensure timely follow-up and appropriate allocation of leads to sales representatives.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and potential partnership opportunities within the public sector
  • Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, lead qualification metrics, and sales performance for management review.

What We Are Looking For

  • BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven industry-related inside sales experience with a specific focus on partner relations.
  • Previous experience in prospecting and delivering tech sales pitches, as well as and prospect research. Experience in the public sector is a plus.
  • Experience working with Zoom, Salesforce.com, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, and or similar tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with advanced English (both verbal and written) being mandatory. Spanish is a plus.
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced SAAS environment.
