What You’ll Do:

• Design, streamline and implement MLOps processes for continuous ML modeling and monitoring by leveraging AWS services – Sagemaker to build, train, and deploy machine learning (ML) models, Terraform templates for Deployment automation.
• Build version controls and CI/CD pipelines orchestration leveraging GitHub, GitHub Actions, Airflow or similar tools.
• Perform model review, run the code refactoring and optimization, containerization, deployment, versioning, and monitoring of its quality.
• Data science models testing, validation and tests automation.
• Optimize and fine-tune machine learning models for performance, scalability, and resource efficiency.
• Evaluate and analyze pre-production model releases and provide insights derived from production data logs.
• Deploying Machine Learning models to Sagemaker, setup real-time streaming application integration.
• Communicate with a team of data scientists, data engineers and architect and document the processes.
• Continuously improve & scale AI/ML infrastructure stacks - new features, use cases, parameterization.

What you’ll Need:

• Strong experience with AWS Services - Sagemaker, AI/ML stack, S3, Lambda, AWS Service APIs
• Exposure to other Services - VPC, Networking, Route53, ECR, Redshift, Glue, Athena etc.
• Strong background in MLOps (Machine Learning Operations), CI/CD setup for Machine Learning frameworks.
• Experience with AI/ML automation platforms like AWS SageMaker Pipeline; Airflow, Jenkins; Spark, Kafka; Jira, and Git
• Specific experience deploying machine learning models using NLP techniques, including LLMs.
• Experience with Real-Time Streaming applications.
• Knowledge of statistical techniques (t-tests, confidence intervals, p-value, etc.), tools (R, SAS, etc.) and controlled experimentation (e.g. A/B testing).
• Strong programming background with Python.

Experience supporting AI applications using Deep Learning platforms like PyTorch, TensorFlow, Jupyter Notebook.

Build integrations with Identity providers - Ping, Okta etc.

Strong Scripting experience: Python, Node JS, spark.

Platform tooling - Terraform, GitHub, docker, kubernetes, ansible.

Strong problem-solving skills

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $110,600.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $169,100.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
