As a Senior Data Scientist, you will be a senior member of the Data Science team, reporting to the data science leader in Alight Retiree Health Solutions. You will develop and deploy advanced analytical/machine learning/AI solutions under the guidance of managing team members to directly address business needs. Using Python, R, and/or other languages, you will design and implement predictive/machine learning models in a cloud-based environment for data sets that may be complex, large-scale, and/or longitudinal. You will interact directly with business owners and design solutions and models while mentoring more junior members.

Pay Transparency Statement: Alight takes into consideration a candidate’s experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography when determining an offer for a successful employment candidate, and Alight does so on an individualized, non-discriminatory basis. Therefore, an offer may fall anywhere between the estimated minimum base salary for this role of $82,000.00/year (for full time employees) and the estimated maximum base salary for this role of $202,900.00/year (for full time employees). In addition to a base salary, this position may be eligible for a bonus and/or other incentive plans.
