Join our Data Change team, supporting project delivery for our Data Platforms Transformation initiative - one of many exciting change transformations across Macquarie. We provide data solutions; facilitating effective data management through new platforms and automated system flows within our Commodities and Global Markets group. What role will you play?

You will lead a global team to deliver on the vision and strategy to enable our data transformation and analytics capability through delivering and maintaining data automation and analytics solutions.

In this role you will build and maintain strong trusted stakeholder relationships, manage risk, promote a collaborative team environment with a continuous improvement approach to delivering fit-for-purpose data solutions.

What you offer

• 6+ years of experience delivering data automation and analytics solutions
• Proven experience in building, coaching and leading globally distributed teams
• Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with senior business and technology stakeholders
• Well versed in big data platforms, data pipelines, data wrangling technologies and working with SQL.
