Job Title: Lead Data Science Analyst (multiple openings)

Job Type: Full Time 

Duties: Work closely with management to execute analytical initiatives. Solve business problems by leveraging techniques such as segmentation, optimization, advanced analytics and machine learning. Create reports and dashboards to closely monitor performance metrics and provide insights. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Analytics, Business Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 4 years of experience in Senior Business Analyst or related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Applied Analytics, Business Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field and 2 years of experience in Senior Business Analyst or related occupation.

Position required skills: Position requires four (4) years of experience in the job offered related occupation. Alternatively, if applying with a Master’s degree, two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: utilizing SAS, SQL, Python and Tableau; processing raw data using SQL, conducting numerical analyses using Python, researching data input and structures, and validating results to ensure data accuracy and consistency for business partners; developing and automating reports using SQL, SAS, and Airflow; prototyping dashboards in Tableau to provide insights for analytical needs; providing support on ad-hoc analyses and compliance requests on data testing, monitoring, and auditing; leading the development and implementation of advanced analytics, including rate calculation, customer segmentation, and optimization in SQL and SAS to solve business problems; and transforming quantitative information into visual displays using Tableau dashboard and presenting findings to multiple levels of leadership.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program 

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $110,594.00 to $140,00.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
