In our DXC Technology team, we are currently looking for a Data Engineer. Typical areas you will work in are: Analytics Solutions and Services, Big Data Platforms, Artificial Intelligence and IoT.

Essential Job Functions:

• Design and implement batch and real-time data ingestion pipelines for Azure Data Lake or similar on other Cloud Solution Providers (AWS, GCP)
• Implement data quality checks
• Implement data lineage, aggregation and reconciliation mechanisms (including dashboards and alerts)
• Implementation of data cataloguing, archiving and disaster recovery
• Work with data source and data consumption teams to align on data structures and schemas

SKILLS:

• Familiarity with modern cloud-based technologies (data lakes, data warehouses, ETL/ELT, Spark)
• Experience implementing data ingestion pipelines / ETLs / ELTs
• General knowledge of Azure or comparable platform and ecosystem – Storage Account, CosmosDB (SQL & Gremlin API), Event Hub, App Services
• Experience with at least 3 of the following Azure data technologies or similar Cloud technologies:
• Azure SQL
• Azure Data Lake
• Azure Databricks (SQL ou Python, Delta Lake)
• Azure Data Factory
• Azure Analysis Services
• Experience with SQL, Python

• Bachelor's degree or higher in computer science, business engineering, computer science, or a related technical discipline.
• 1-3 years of field experience in a similar role
• Fluency in French and English.
