Job Description

• Setup of industrial robots, robot controllers, robot hands, and 2D/3D vision systems
• On-site demonstration of robot system demo for customers
• Installation and configuration of our controller and peripheral equipment at the delivery site
• Technical support for robot systems after delivery (remote and on-site support.Delivery sites may be domestic or overseas.Depending on the progress of the project, approximately 40% of the monthly work will be outside the company or on-site.
• Proposals for improving peripheral equipment such as robot hands, robot cells, robot installation stands, demonstration frames, camera installation stands, and hand parts.

Mandatory requirements

• 2 years or more of experience related to mechanical equipment (electrical design, mechanical design, maintenance, maintenance, control, production engineering, manufacturing)
• Able to read and understand automation system manuals in Japanese
• Business-level Japanese to communicate smoothly with customers and subcontractors
• Can read specifications and purchase mechanical and electrical parts from suppliers

• Practical experience in operating and maintaining industrial robots and AGVs (AMR) in factories and warehouses.
• Practical experience in teaching industrial robots, conveyor control, industrial sensor settings, and using CNC and PLC.
• Conversation level English proficiency. Ability to work in an English-only work environment
• Practical experience in a development design department in a manufacturing industry
• Electrical and mechanical qualifications and licenses
• Knowledge and experience regarding domestic and international safety standards for robots and industrial equipment
• CAD model production skills (both 3D and 2D)
• Troubleshooting ability

Working hours:

8:45-17:45 (1 hour break)
