Job Description

  • Have a meeting with the customer, translate operational requirements and requests into system development requirements, and document the agreement.
  • Responsible for planning and supervising system development projects
  • Regularly report on system development progress and issues and communicate with senior management.
  • Perform project risk management and quality control, create test scenarios, and obtain agreement with customers.
  • Build relationships with stakeholders and provide highly satisfactory solutions based on agreed matters and experience and knowledge.
  • After-sales support

Mandatory requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in system development projects
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g. PMBOK, Agile, Waterfall)
  • Experience in project budget management, risk management, and quality control.
  • Technical problem-solving ability and good judgment.
  • Excellent communication skills in Japanese

welcome requirements

  • Experience in managing system development such as warehouse control system (WCS), warehouse management system (WMS), vehicle dispatch system (TMS), SAP/ERP, etc.
  • Experience in creating material handling proposals, design specifications, inspection procedures, manuals, etc.
  • Network design knowledge
  • Business level English proficiency
