Job Snapshot

The role of a Growth Product Manager has a core aim to drive the impact of products, in turn contributing to wider business goals, such as bigger market share or increased revenue. You will work across all stages of the customer journey, leading experiments and using the results to suggest data-driven product improvements. GPM at MIndtickle will work across multiple products and is guided by the company's commercial goals. The primary focus of a GPM is on shortening the time to value: Prioritize goals and outcomes for key personas.

Your success will be determined by how you optimize the RARRA funnel

Retention: Focus on building a customer-centric platform, with great UX/UI. It focuses on making your app a place users love.

Activation: Focuses on mapping your users’ journeys with repeat value moments. Enabling users to get their job done, go beyond that job, and discover new aha moments with new tools and features.

Revenue: It’s 70% easier to sell to current customers than it is to new ones. It makes sense that retaining customers should be more financially viable than trying to acquire new ones.

Referral: Build products your users will love, and let them do the legwork for you. Studies show that people are 4x more likely to buy because of a recommendation from a friend or colleague than from any marketing material. Plus, it leads to a near 40% higher retention rate. Give your users the tools they need to refer your product: make it easy.

Acquisition: All of your above efforts should lead to you acquiring more customers. Sure, it may happen at a slower rate, but at a much longer lifespan. Hence, an increase in customer lifetime value.

What's in it for you?

  • Establish and monitor KPIs that are directly related to PMF for each user persona, making iterations on the product as necessary.
  • Develop and execute strategies to improve both user retention and engagement. Utilize A/B tests to validate these strategies and work with the engineering team for implementation.
  • Design and implement in-product referral features, tracking their success and tweaking for optimal performance.
  • Use rapid, iterative experimentation to validate the effectiveness of your strategies; be willing to pivot or double-down based on the data.
  • Act as a bridge between Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure everyone is aligned in understanding and pursuing both user-level and account-level growth.
  • Regularly update stakeholders on growth metrics, challenges, and upcoming initiatives, ensuring that growth goals align with overall company objectives.
  • Collaborate with user research and data analytics teams to continuously validate and refine our user personas, ensuring a strong Product-Market Fit (PMF).

We'd love to hear from you, if you:

  • Are a Data-Driven Decision Maker: You're comfortable diving into analytics and can convert data into actionable strategies. You know when to trust the numbers and when to trust your gut.
  • Are a Collaborative Team Player: You excel in cross-functional teams and can communicate effectively with everyone from engineers to sales reps. You're as good at listening as you are at persuading.
  • Are a User-Centric Thinker: You understand that at the core of any growth strategy are the users. You're adept at putting yourself in the user's shoes, understanding their pain points, and tailoring solutions to their needs.
  • Are Adaptable and Agile: You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and are willing to pivot when needed.
  • Are Resilient Toward Failure: You understand that failure is a process filled with learning opportunities. You're comfortable with failing more often than succeeding as long as it leads to eventual growth and understanding
