Position Overview

Reporting to the VP of Revenue Operations, the Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Analytics is a member of the Revenue Operations team responsible for providing value insights and guidance, helping to enable the organization’s data-driven decisions.

The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst, Analytics will work closely with the Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Finance teams to collect, analyze and present data, monitor pipeline, maintain high data hygiene standards, build reporting, communicate insights from analysis, automate the data collection and reporting process.

Responsibilities:

• Champion data-driven decisions by building a structure that collects and maintains clean and accurate data that is analyzed and presented as actionable information, enabling all users to trust the CRM as the source of truth.
• Develop and maintain a standard set of reports for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly use that is organized, accurate, and accessible, utilizing business intelligence tools, Salesforce, and other resources.
• Proactively identify and investigate business problems and opportunities, call out trends and patterns and communicate proposals to business leaders.
• Provide ad hoc analysis as requested for urgent issues affecting the organization, such as pipeline changes in a specific period, churn projections, etc.
• Implement CRM audits to ensure there is impeccable Salesforce data hygiene, calling out problem areas and providing direction on how to resolve any issues.
• Advise Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success leadership through guided decisions by analyzing and interpreting data to uncover actions that will move the needle.
• Present data in various formats, including Salesforce reports and dashboards, Microsoft Excel files, and Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
• 3 + years of progressive experience in a similar industry and role.
• Proficient in data analysis and consolidating multiple sources of data using pivot tables to provide insights.
• Power-user of MS Office or Google Suite productivity tools such as MS Excel, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs.
• Strong familiarity with BI tool(s).
• Experience with CRM tool such as Salesforce.
• Experience using Customer Success tools such as Gainsight, Professional Services automation platforms like Mavenlink preferred.
• Attention to detail and the ability to present data and articulate insights to executive level.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications in Salesforce Administration, MS Excel, and/or SQL.
• Background in FP&A and/or Finance and data analysis.
