We’re looking for someone who is enthusiastic about data, data-driven decision-making, and passionate about helping build, and scale data functions in a company that is on its way to the next phase of growth. The ideal candidate has a strong familiarity with a range of systems and tools, is highly structured and results-driven, and loves solving ambiguous problems through data. This role will report to the Head of Product Analytics.If you're this person, and you are looking for a great group of people to partner with on your next journey, then let's talk.What’s in it for you?•Own data instrumentation for specific product lines•Be the single point of contact and SME for ALL data on key product lines•Partner with the Product team to assess business impact and customer outcomes for planned product features to enable data-driven product roadmap decisions•Drive and streamline data integrations across critical systems, including Mixpanel, AWS S3, and, SalesforceWe’d love to hear from you, if you:•Have 3+ years of experience in Analytics, or Product, preferably at a high-growth SaaS company•Posses very Strong hands-on experience with BI tools like PowerBI, Tableau, and GoogleStudio is a must•Solid hands-on skills with querying languages: SQL and Python (including Pyspark) are a must•Having first-hand familiarity with platforms like Amplitude, Mixpanel, etc.•Having a good understanding of statistics and familiarity with A/B experimentation, Classical ML algorithms is a plus•Get hold of high degree of ownership and autonomy•Having an excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).Our culture & accoladesAs an organization, it’s our priority to create a highly engaging and rewarding workplace.
