Job Description
Your Profile Advanced degree required with technical focus (e.g., Statistics, computer science, physics, engineering, etc.) 10+ years of total experience in analytics/ data science 5+ years of team building and people management experience and demonstrable leadership skills 5+ years of hands-on experience building and managing customer facing, preferably revenue driving data products Strong product sense, with a solid understanding of user engagement and monetization strategies for data Entrepreneurial spirit and demonstrable experience of starting at ground zero and building sophisticated data science and analytics platforms and products Exceptional technical skills with SQL, R/ Python for data analysis and experience in ML driven products Experience with distributed analytics processing technologies (Spark, Presto, Hive) Expert at deriving narrative from data and communicate the results effectively Expert in experimentation and causal inference methodologies Comprehensive experience with predictive and prescriptive modeling/ machine learning Demonstrated programming skills either in data science or software development settings a plus Demonstrated ability to create measurable impact on revenue, product adoption, customer engagement Industry/peer recognition for the application of science within your industry a plus Stellantis is a leading global mobility player guided by a clear mission: to provide freedom of movement for all through distinctive, appealing, affordable and sustainable mobility solutions.
