The Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning (AIML) group at Fractal Analytics is actively involved in helping Fortune 500 companies by enabling them to discover how they can leverage their data using advanced and sophisticated AI/ML algorithms for which we are looking for Data Scientists with the capability to work on independent statistical and machine learning research/ projects. Job Description:

As a senior strategy and technology consultant, your purpose is to apply deep problem framing and solutioning skills in strategic ways and collaborate with a cross-functional team to help Fortune 500 organizations tackle their most complex challenges. These challenges span from business strategy to corporate strategy, consumer strategy, innovation, and futureproofing.

Your role will involve taking ownership of running programs encompassing all key activities mentioned above, and as a vital team member, you will contribute to creating a new way of problem-solving at Fractal, proving its efficacy, and successfully taking it to market.

• AI and Machine Learning Expertise: Proven track record in successfully applying AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex business challenges and drive business value.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, engineers, business stakeholders, and clients, to drive collective success.
• Project Ownership: Take full ownership of running strategic programs, from ideation to execution, and ensure successful delivery within set timelines and budgets.

• Lead the design and development of AI and machine learning solutions tailored to meet specific business needs, ensuring they align with the overall technology strategy and deliver measurable value.
• Oversee the end-to-end implementation of AI projects, managing resources, timelines, and budgets effectively.

1. Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Work closely with data scientists and analysts to derive actionable insights from data, supporting evidence-based decision-making for both clients and internal initiatives.
• Champion data governance and data quality standards to ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-driven insights.

1. Emerging Technologies Research:

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and other emerging technologies relevant to our clients' industries.
• Provide thought leadership and recommendations on how these technologies can be harnessed to drive innovation and competitive advantage.

1. Strategic Client Engagement:

• Cultivate strong and collaborative relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technology evangelist.
• Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling manner to diverse audiences, including senior executives and non-technical stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience (7+ years) as a Strategy Consultant or in a relevant role, with a strong focus on AI and machine learning technologies.
• Deep understanding of strategic planning, technology development, and the application of AI in business contexts.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and hands-on experience with AI frameworks and libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively to drive impactful outcomes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to influence and inspire stakeholders at all levels.
