Reporting to the Engagement Manager, the successful candidate will work collaboratively with clients and internal teams to deploy solutions for our clients.

• You will be working in a team where you will use your experience and skills to drive business and technical teams to gather business requirements, define detailed requirements, understand the technology and data landscape, conceptualize data-driven solutions and enable delivery
• You will use a range of elicitation and documentation techniques (i.e., BRD, FR & NFR Document, Process Modelling, Use Cases, Stories, Acceptance Criteria, etc.) to define these requirements, current & future state in business and technology environments and conduct impact, risk & scoping assessments
• You will collaborate with Product Owners, Scrum Master, Business Owners, and Developers to translate business requirements into workable outcomes for the Squad
• You will also develop technical and business testing strategies & plans and get the same executed with the help of the team to ensure successful releases and manage & embed solution-related changes if any
• You will partner with the Product Owner, Engineers and other people in your Squad to uncover dependencies and validate boundaries and sequencing of User Stories
• You will find, collect, research, and review all artefacts, requirements, and information necessary to provide the program with important analysis or inputs that will be relied upon to drive the design, development, rollout and implementation of the outputs and solutions produced by the squad

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelors or equivalent degree in Computer Science, Analytics, Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent experience
• 6+ years’ experience in Data Analytics
• Experience leading project delivery end-to-end
• Strong grasp on utilising data to drive insight and decisions including ability to articulate ‘art of possible’ from the data and influence business stakeholders to get the best output from the data available
• Ability to understand business requirements, convert into FR/NFR, tech requirements, evaluate and plan solution build and work with technical and delivery team to ensure quality outputs
• Proven experience of owning projects in complex, ambiguous settings, while managing stakeholders’ expectations and ensuring a timely delivery of quality solutions.
• Ability to multi-task and be highly adaptable to change and ambiguity
• Hands-on experience in SQL
• Understanding of Agile ways of working with proficiency in collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence etc.)
• Strong oral and written communications skills for technical and business communication

Additional Qualifications that are attractive to us:

• Experience in Teradata is good to have
• Knowledge of one of programming languages, like SAS, Python or R
• Knowledge of Big Data ecosystem
• Reporting experience on Cloud platform

This is initially offered as a 9 months FTC.
