Algorithm Software Integrator. Troy, MI. Design software architecture and interfaces for algorithms to establish communication among algorithms and automotive embedded software components. Optimize algorithms for advanced driver assistance/autonomous driving systems by reducing complex designs to low-level code in C. Implement multi-thread and multi-processing design by distributing algorithm footprint to different microcontroller cores. Improve core algorithm by optimizing data structures in terms of complexity and compatibility. Deploy mathematical functions to produce expected results on embedded systems. Enhance algorithm scheduling and timing by investigating OS in Python. Manage memory utilization of algorithms on the embedded domain. Verify algorithm design modules to maintain compliance with automotive industry standards. Requires Master’s degree in Software Engineering, Electrical and Computer Engineering, or Electronics Engineering and coursework in Autonomy in Vehicles, Real Time Robotics, Pattern Recognition, and State Variable (SV) Control.
