Job Description

Your role in our team:

• Reporting to the CEO and leading the product design and product management teams to deliver world-class Industrial IoT software to customers
• Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, including defining features and requirements
• Creating buy-in for the product vision both internally and with key external partners and customers
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams (engineering, data science, operations & consulting) to continuously drive the prioritization, ideation, testing, development, and delivery of the product and new innovative features
• Continuously improving the product through customer and user feedback
• Tracking, measuring, analyzing and communicating relevant KPIs as well as product development progress to key stakeholders
• Solving complex design problems for industry 4.0 applications and establishing the design direction for our software
• Define and prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives
• Driving user centric methods and the design process from early discovery of a product to its end of life
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify new product opportunities and areas for innovation
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and partners to ensure that product development efforts align with market needs.
• Build and mentor a high-performing product team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.

Your profile:

• Academical background in engineering, computer science, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in product management, with relevant experience in launching and scaling IoT products or related Industry 4.0 products
• Strong technical background and understanding of IoT technologies and platforms
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to develop and execute product strategies that drive revenue growth
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a high-performing product development team
• Demonstrated ability to lead and develop product management teams and execute product roadmaps and launch plans
• Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability with the ability to clearly articulate product plans, priorities, and progress to cross-functional teams and senior executives.
