The role

The Procurement Tech Alliance has been globalizing our products in our Source to Pay domain and finalizing the tactical aspect of several tools to enable our teams to procure high quality ingredients at the lowest cost with minimal effort. The Alliance is getting ready to incorporate more data to the decision making process to build cutting edge decision support systems in the domain.

As a Lead Product Analyst you will work with our product management and engineering teams to guide and shape the future product development. As a passionate analyst yourself, most of your time initially will be spent doing hands-on work, and as we grow the analytics team your mission will include ensuring your team focuses and delivers great business cases. 

What you’ll do

• Collaborate with Product Leads in order to define the strategic priorities for the domain and then execute against these in an engaging work plan that will help us get ready for the future.
• Analyze our current supply chain performance by bringing data from various sources in order to detect growth opportunities for HelloFresh
• Convertproduct ideas to proof of concept models and validate these ideas with A/B testing.
• Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization highlighting the “so-whats” of your analyses in order to drive the growth of our business.
• Ensure your team utilizes efficient and uniform process/tooling to deliver well structured business cases.
• Partner closely with the Product organization (Product Owners, Software Engineering, UX, Data Science, Data Engineering) promoting a culture rooted in evidence-based decision making.

What you'll bring

• Balance between technical acumen and business understanding and excel in collaborating with commercial stakeholders to drive insightful, robust analyses. 
• Ability to apply logical and easy-to-understand frameworks to deal with complex issues and propose new analytical approaches & solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a curious and self-starter mindset. 
• Passion for big data combined with pragmatism to drive actions and impact. You have advanced proficiency in data querying with SQL as well as in data transformation and statistical computing in Python.
• Advanced knowledge of data visualization tools like Tableau which we use to create compelling visualizations to convey complex data
• Excellent educational background in Economics, Statistics, or similar quantitative field and proven track record of experience in a similar role, ideally in an analytical consulting environment.
