Job Description

• Maintain application stability and data integrity by monitoring key metrics and improving code base accordingly.
• Expertise in Complex Jobs Design and Development
• Responsible to run ETL batch in different environments
• Provide direct reports ongoing development, feedback, coaching, and mentoring.
• Develop detailed plans and accurate estimates for completion of build, system testing and implementation phases of project.
• Deploy code across Dev, QA and Production environments using central repositories
• Contribute to coordination and planning of Cloud Infrastructure related activities / outages
• Performance tuning using caches and parallel execution using bulk loading and dataflow execution
• Lead a team to deliver the expected business results
• Acquire datasets that align with business needs and develop algorithms to transform data into useful, actionable information

Required Technical Competencies

Domain/ Industry Knowledge:

• Specialized knowledge of customer's business processes and relevant technology platform or product.
• Able to analyse current-state and define to-be processes and drive process improvement initiatives, ROI analysis through innovation.

Requirement Gathering and Analysis:

• Specialized knowledge of requirement management processes and requirement analysis processes, tools methodologies.
• Able to identify modules, features functionalities impacted, conduct technology / business gap analysis and develop traceability matrix for requirement management.

Technology/Product Knowledge:

• Specialized knowledge of product/platform associated technologies.
• Able to work on complex modules independently, contribute to development of reusable assets, innovative solutions conduct technical sessions and knowledge sharing sessions.

Architecture tools and frameworks:

• Specialized knowledge of architecture Industry tools frameworks with accreditation/certification.
• Working knowledge of at least one of the top tools mentioned in Magic quadrant eg Aris from Software AG.

Architecture concepts and principles:

• Specialized knowledge of architectural elements, SDLC, methodologies customer business/domain.
• Establish Architectural principles/ patterns and use advanced tools to capture and analyse system/ technical issues.

Analytics Solution Design:

• Able to design analytical modelling approach for moderate-scale projects or for components of large-scale.
• Understand business requirements constraints including potential trade-offs between speed & accuracy, maintains trends.

Tools Platform Knowledge:

• Familiar with wide range of mainstream commercial open-source data science/analytics software tools, their constraints, advantages, disadvantages, and areas of application.
