Job Description

The Consultant is a function of our Intelligence Services program, managing and implementing all aspects of customer success with our clients. Consultants interact with various roles in cyber security, including Threat Intelligence, SOC, Vulnerability Management, Incident Response, Threat Hunting, security architecture, and executive leadership.

Your days will be spent managing a portfolio of clients from a range of industries and sectors, who each own and leverage varying Recorded Future products and services. You will be a subject matter expert on our data and technology, the cyber security landscape, and our clients most effective use cases. This role requires deep technical knowledge in cyber security, creativity and analytical problem solving skills, collaboration and teamwork with adjacent departments, and a passion to enable others to succeed.

You will be responsible for the overall success of the contract and, in part, measured by renewal and expansion. You will work closely with sales counterparts to develop strategies for growth on each account.

What you'll do as a Intelligence Services Consultant:

  • Plan and manage the customer success lifecycle
  • Manage all client troubleshooting; broker support tickets with adjacent departments
  • Drive all aspects of customer engagement; regular meetings, quarterly reviews, executive engagements
  • Perform user training and enablement
  • Provide Tier 3 support to your client portfolio
  • Develop tailored success plans to meet the client’s security requirements
  • Integrate our data and technology into daily workflows and processes
  • Advocate for the client internally and drive outcomes that impact customer success

What you'll bring as an Intelligence Services Consultant:

  • 3+ years experience in intelligence, cyber, or other security functions
  • BA/BS required or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent technical credential
  • Previous experience in consulting or customer success
  • Travel a minimum of 30% required (includes local to your city/region)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with coding Python, JSON, SQL, or cURL
  • Technical certifications
  • Education or experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning
  • Knowledge using sales and customer success software
  • Executive briefing experience
  • Foreign Language fluency
