As a Consultant on our Intelligence Services EMEA team, you will be managing and implementing all aspects of customer success activities with our UK&I region clients. You will be a problem-solving expert, an intelligence analyst at heart, and act as the nexus between Recorded Future and our clients. You must be passionate about technology and eager to use an intelligence-led approach in support of our clients.

Your days will be spent working closely with our customers in support of missions spanning security operations, incident response, threat research, vulnerability management, third party risk, and geopolitical / physical threat teams. You will be laser-focused in ensuring that Recorded Future clients are effectively using our security intelligence products and services to positively impact their security operations.

What you'll do as a Consultant, Intelligence Services:

  • Plan and manage the customer success lifecycle from purchase to contract renewal, tailoring key components to meet the client’s specific security requirements and drive positive outcomes
  • Drive all aspects of client engagement, including: regular touch-points, quarterly intelligence reviews, ad-hoc support requests, and collaboration around intelligence requirements
  • Making champions of our users by helping integrate our data and technology into daily workflows and processes
  • Operating in close concert with an Account Manager, who owns the commercial aspects of the client relationship
  • Act as the “voice of the customer” for our Product, Professional Services, Data Science, Marketing, and Executive teams

What you'll bring as a Consultant, Intelligence Services:

  • Experience as a security professional with threat intelligence and other information security experience (3+ years)
  • Experience working in a consultative role directly with clients, preferably with a SaaS organization
  • Ability to collaborate and communicate with technical and non-technical personnel; demonstrated ability to speak technically with analysts and strategically with senior leaders and executives
  • Ability to troubleshoot challenging technical concerns
  • A can do attitude, a commitment to teamwork, and an eagerness to learn
  • Ability to travel a minimum of 30%
  • BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Bonus Points
    • Certification in CompTIA Security+ or equivalent technical credential
  • Third party and supply chain risk management
  • Familiarity with Python, JSON, SQL, or cURL
  • Education or experience in Data Science and/or Machine Learning
  • Knowledge in use of Salesforce, Gainsight, Asana, G-Suite
  • Professionally fluent in English, any other language is a bonus
