Our Purpose

We at Music Tribe’s Advanced Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence (ASPAI) research team believe that delivering life-changing Software Development through self-service tools related to Transfer of Technology between Research and Products will empower our Customers as well as Music Tribe.

We are looking for a talented C++ developer to join our highly skilled Advanced Signal Processing and Artificial Intelligence (ASPAI) research team. In the context of digital transformation of the music equipment and audio equipment industry, together we research and develop the audio processing features of the future, with direct impact across the whole range of Music Tribe products. This involves developing and maintaining the software frameworks which facilitate the transfer of innovative research results into audio products.?

If you have a BSc, Master’s or higher degree in computer science or electrical engineering, followed by two years or more of industry experience as a C++ developer in a domain related to audio, DSP or telecoms, please join our team of talented individuals.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Expand, design, develop and maintain a C++ audio signal processing framework which supports both prototyping and production code?
• Develop digital audio signal processing software for real time operating systems as well as cloud and desktop?
• Be responsible for architecture with focus on ease of use, scalability, maintainability and performance?
• Lay the foundation to prototype algorithms that will be integrated across all brands in Music Tribe?
• Support and enable both the research and product teams?
• Plan and manage the required resources?

Qualifications, Minimum?

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or similar?
• A minimum of two years of industry experience?
• Highly experienced in C++ and OOP?
• Understanding of multithreaded programming?
• Personal attributes: strategic, structured, collaborative, resilient?

• Real-time audio processing experience?
• Experience with JUCE?
• Experience with lock-free data structures?
• Experience with Linux environments?
• Network protocols?
• Docker deployment?
• Cloud computing?
• Proven experience maintaining and improving frameworks?

• Unit testing?
• Continuous Integration?
