We are looking for talented managers who can take our data services, frameworks and applications to the next level while ensuring our user data is protected and compliant.

What you’ll do:

• Lead the organizational and technical direction of our current and future data technologies.
• Partner with privacy and security domain experts to ensure guardrails for data governance.
• Evangelize best data practices and drive adoption across the company.
• Play the key role in attracting top talent, mentoring individuals and building robust teams. 

About you:

• 8+ years of relevant software development industry experience in a fast paced, high growth tech environment.
• 3+ years of hands-on technical management experience.
• Expertise with big data and security technologies such as Spark, Airflow, Presto, Keberos, OLAP, A/B Testing frameworks.
• Successfully partnered with Product, Data Science, Finance, Legal, and/or Compliance functions.
• Track record in partnering with recruiting to build incredible engineering teams.
• Actively coached and mentored team members in their careers.
• Consistently made culture choices that positively impact all of engineering.
