To fulfill our mission, the Data Partnerships team is actively seeking a full-time and experienced candidate that will be responsible for managing the day-to-day responsibilities of DIRECTV’s third-party data partners. This role works directly with data partners and internal teams on an ongoing basis to ensure DIRECTV has targeting, measurement, and attribution capabilities that improve business outcomes.

You Will

  • Be responsible for defining requirements for new advertising data and measurement products.
  • Manage the data product roadmap, prioritize projects, and formulate action plans based on business impact.
  • Analyze DirecTV’s existing third-party data relationships and provide direction on complex issues and current processes to advance the business.
  • Serve as the liaison between DIRECTV and third-party data partners; build strong relationships and negotiate data vendor agreements.
  • Contribute to the operational management of data projects, maintaining close contact with the vendor partners, and working with internal teams to provide support and training.
  • Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders and plays a key role in presenting during those meetings.
  • Supervise a team of one or more Data Analysts, delegate work to your staff, and support your staff in their performance and career development
  • Ownership includes original analyses and the development of tools.
  • Ensure data partner deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.

Qualifications - External

You Have

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred
  • 8+ Years of experience at an advertising agency, media/publisher, ad tech company or a company in a related industry.
  • Worked in a data-driven role; strong data and analytics background; understands the importance of third-party data relationships in supporting DirecTV’s addressable television advertising business.
  • Possesses excellent project management skills, vendor management skills, communication skills, presentation skills, and an ability to multi-task.
  • Experience managing varied workstreams without supervision.
  • Experience managing a team (direct reports) is preferred
  • Collaborative and solves problems with others while always driving towards a decision.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally

This position can earn between $63,700.00 - $198,000.00. Not to mention all of the other amazing rewards that working at DIRECTV offers.
