Who You Are
You are a problem solver first and foremost. You are someone who gets energized by new challenges, with a proven ability to learn quickly. You are agile, and adapt to frequently changing business priorities, sometimes solving problems with little direction. You work on unusually complex problems, providing solutions that are highly creative. You are innately curious with a propensity to ask “why?” and “why not” in the shared goal of a solutions-based approach to fraud management. You do not need to be coached on how to take initiative, it is a part of who you are. As an added bonus, you have experience on a high performing team or at the very least, are a high performing individual – and may have some prior experience working within the fraud space.
