What you will be doing

Analyze data and develop a framework for ACI technology organization.

The position will be based in Pleasanton, California or remote on a case-by-case basis.

Main responsibilities

• Change hygiene, in particular data themes across all tech and engineer teams where incidents were generated due to change.
• Develop a data view using our incident tickets to show how many incidents could have been resolved using observability and automation.
• Bonus objective, develop a data framework that can help us quickly track, assign / reassign CMDB product and application owners when organizations like ours shift ownership responsibilities. The benefit being increased CMDB hygiene and healthy escalation paths when incident response is needed.

What we are searching for

We believe the successful candidate has these qualifications and experience:

• 0-2 years' experience (we are seeking entry level candidates to invest in their technology careers)
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree required with a focus on Business Analysis, Product management, Software development/testing, Info technology, Computer science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Business commerce, Data Analytics or Data Science, Computational science, Marketing, Economics, Finance, or Business administration/management
• Internet and retail experience a plus
• Strong technical, analytical and prioritization skills
• Usability and customer-focused/facing experience a plus
• Strong quant and analytical abilities -- you use data to make decisions but do not suffer from analysis paralysis
• Technical fluency; comfortable understanding, working with and discussing technology concepts
