Founded in 2015, Bowery Farming is on a mission to democratize access to high-quality, local, safe and sustainable produce. We build smart indoor farms near cities, growing fresher, pesticide-free Protected Produce with bold flavor in precisely controlled environments, 365 days a year. At the heart of each farm is the proprietary BoweryOS, which integrates software, hardware, sensors, AI, computer vision systems, machine learning models, and robotics to orchestrate and automate the entirety of its operations. As a result, each farm creates far less waste and uses a fraction of the water and land compared to traditional agriculture. About the Role

We are looking for a Robotics Intern to work on a strategic mission-critical project focused on driving action from data-driven insights while ensuring performance and business success.

This is a 12-week, full-time summer internship (June-August) based out of our NYC HQ.

What You'll Do

• Deliver presentations, help plan projects, and run implementations
• Drive action from data-driven insights
• Work directly with the Robotics, Hardware, and Automation teams

Who You Are

• You are a rising senior or recent graduate from an Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Computer Science) Bachelors, Masters, or Ph.D. program 
• You are passionate about manufacturing, robotics, hardware creation, or industrial automation
