Job Description

Are you an experienced product marketing manager looking for a leadership role in global campaigns for scaling AI and other engineering models in an organization?

You will be responsible for building awareness of how engineers and IT teams are accelerating the delivery of innovative digital products and services based on MATLAB and Simulink models. You will develop compelling messaging and technical content that communicate how engineers can extract even more value from data with audiences ranging from engineers to IT executives. You will collaborate with campaign managers, channel marketing leads (web, video, social, email), and worldwide field marketing teams to execute campaigns with measurable business impact.

The successful candidate will have strong leadership and collaboration skills; application-level expertise with data science and AI; and experience working with cross-functional teams, partners, and global field marketing teams.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the overall business impact of worldwide DevOps/ModelOps/MLOps integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Work effectively with stakeholders within technical marketing, sales, and field offices to understand requirements and propose program strategies.
  • Own the development of buyer personas, positioning, and differentiated messaging.
  • Plan and develop creation of technical content.
  • Identify new market segments in line with sales and product strategies to grow segment portfolio.
  • Create consistent and relevant messages that resonate across various global channels to drive awareness and adoption. This includes web content, offers, videos, technical papers, conference talks, and event content. 
  • Advise on product and go-to-market direction based on market knowledge and performance across marketing channels.
  • Use metrics to drive the direction and own the success of the campaign.

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and 5 years of professional work experience (or a master's degree, or equivalent experience) is required.

Additional Qualifications

  • 5+ years of technical marketing experience in a B2B technology setting and enterprise software.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate a compelling vision to internal and external audiences of various technical expertise (such as customers, media, and analysts). 
  • Working technical knowledge of tools to manage the development and operations of AI models, and the overall market landscape. 
  • Strong business acumen, an ability to lead and inspire others, a data-driven approach to problem solving, and an effective negotiator.
  • Working knowledge of marketing channels and tactics to attract, engage, and convert.
  • Successful experience leading marketing planning and execution for enterprise B2B software. Training and experience in the Pragmatic Marketing Framework is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies.
