Job Description

This role, embedded within Sunoco’s Supply & Trading Operations group, provides functional system support and master data management to various groups both in and outside of the commercial organization. This position is primarily focused on the business processes, data quality, and data stewardship tasks surrounding accurate and timely customer fuel invoicing, as well as the related tasks that support that objective.

Responsibilities Include:

• Collaborates with various teams to maintain ETRM and ERP back office systems used to manage purchases and sales of fuel and ensure data integrity (RightAngle and SAP) to allow for timely and accurate customer fuel invoicing, fuel product scheduling and inventory, pricing, and P&L reporting.
• Responsible for the creation of Sunoco Customer Master Data in RightAngle and SAP including the proper handling of their PII data.
• Responsible for the creation of Product and Location Master Data in RightAngle and SAP for fuel purchases and sales.
• Responsible for the creation of commercial contracts and deals in RightAngle and SAP for timely and accurate fuel invoicing.
• Responsible for key components of the fuel order-to-cash process including monitoring, researching and resolving discrepancies for inbound and outbound data interfaces that allow electronic bill-of-lading and customer fuel invoices to successfully process. 
• Provides analysis, review and testing for RightAngle system changes including small bug fixes/enhancements and large projects. 
• Identifies, recommends and implements process improvement opportunities among cross-functional teams, creates process documentation to use in team training and for desk reference purposes. 
• Collaborates with various business functional and technical teams to recommend and prioritize RightAngle and SAP System enhancements to ensure the systems are efficiently supporting business processes. 
• Maintains the source data and processes that drive Sunoco fuel P&L reporting including investigation of anomalies and correction. 

Required:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 5-8 years of experience

Preferred:

• Experience in RightAngle, SAP or other Order to Cash ETRM, CTRM or ERP Systems.
• Functional and technical knowledge related to refined fuel product commercial operations and/or related systems including Trading, Supply, Scheduling, Transportation.
• Project management experience leading and implementing cross-functional projects related to systems and/or business processes.

Required experience is commensurate with the selected job level:

• The Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2-5 years of relevant job related experience 
• The Senior Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5-8 years of relevant job related experience
• The Lead Specialist/Analyst level requires a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of relevant job related experience

• Usually, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
