Job Description

A Business Partner Support Lead Coordinator supports the business by administering basic functionality of the S4 SAP system, performing analytics of vendor and customer master data and providing customer service/support to field & management employees.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Support customer service for field and management questions related to business partners
• Provide daily support to team members – training, questions, business partner issue resolution
• Assign daily work assignments
• Ability to analyze multiple sets of data and report to management in short turn around time
• Back up for team auditor
• Back up for team supervisor
• Maintain Business Partner training documentation
• Special projects, as needed
• Provide support for Treasury electronic and check payment returns

 Requirements:

Education and/or Experience, Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements for this position are listed below:

• 2 – 4 years’ experience in vendor/customer master data maintenance
• 4 years’ experience in SAP, S4 HANA preferred
• High school diploma
• Office Suite experience, especially Excel; Intermediate level
• Able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with changing priorities and deadlines
• Possessproficient organizational, oral and written communication skills
• Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to apply judgment, and professionally challenge and question activity and assumptions
• Energy Industry experience a plus

Working Conditions:

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.

• Usually, normal office working conditions.
• Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time due to prolonged periods of sitting or standing.
• Occasional overnight travel may be required.
• Occasional visits to industrial/manufacturing settings, which may include exposure to various materials and chemicals, as well as extreme temperature conditions and loud machinery, and require appropriate personal protective equipment.
