About the Role

Turing is seeking professionals with LLM expertise to help solve complex business problems for Fortune 500 clients. As a key member of the Turing GenAI delivery organization, you’ll collaborate with a team of skilled engineers on cutting-edge GenAI projects. Our past work includes multi-agent LLM systems, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions, and open-source LLM deployments for major enterprises.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop & Optimize LLM Solutions: Lead the design, training, fine-tuning, and deployment of large language models using prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based architectures.
• Codebase Ownership: Maintain high-quality, efficient Python code (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL, focusing on reusability, scalability, and performance.
• Cloud Integration: Assist in deploying GenAI applications on Azure, GCP, or AWS, ensuring optimized resource usage and CI/CD processes.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product owners, data scientists, and business SMEs to translate technical concepts into impactful AI products.
• Mentorship & Leadership: Share knowledge, guide engineers, and foster best practices in machine learning and LLM development.
• Continuous Innovation: Stay ahead of advancements in LLM research and generative AI, experimenting with emerging techniques for continuous model improvement.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in building machine learning models and systems.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering, RAG, and agent-based approaches.
• Proven ability to drive an engineering team towards a technical roadmap.
• Expertise in Python (LangChain/LangGraph) and SQL.
• Strong understanding of cloud services (Azure, GCP, AWS).
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with business SMEs.
