Role Overview:

We seek an experienced Senior Analytics Manager to lead our analytics team and drive data-driven decision-making processes. The role involves developing strategic analytical solutions, leading advanced data analysis initiatives, and translating insights into impactful business strategies.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead analytics projects end-to-end, from conceptualization and methodology design through implementation and delivery of insights.
• Develop and execute comprehensive analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Perform advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, segmentation, and forecasting to enhance business performance.
• Oversee the creation and maintenance of automated dashboards and visualizations to communicate insights effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, governance, and best practices across all analytical processes.
• Mentor and guide a team of analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Finance, and Operations to identify analytical requirements and provide actionable insights.
• Regularly communicate complex findings and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify process optimization opportunities and implement automation solutions to improve analytical efficiencies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in analytics, data science, business intelligence, or related fields.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and familiarity with statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, and predictive analytics.
• Strong experience with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView.
• Knowledge of data warehousing, ETL processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent leadership, team management, and mentoring capabilities.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present analytical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proven track record in driving successful analytics initiatives that positively impact business outcomes.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in fast-paced sectors like e-commerce, retail, fintech, FMCG, consulting, or technology.
• Advanced degree (Masters/Ph.D.) in Statistics, Data Science, Economics, Engineering, MBA, or related quantitative disciplines.
