What You’ll Experience

Join us in London for a transformative one-day experience designed to provide deep insights into our internship programme. The day will be structured into two engaging sessions:

• Morning Session: A conference featuring distinguished members of our Black Professionals Network. They will share valuable insights, career journeys, and participate in discussions with students.
• Afternoon Session: A hands-on, interactive experience offering a real-world taste of our internship programme, showcasing the practical application of essential skills.

This year’s Insight Programme places the student experience at the heart of its design, focusing on personal development and practical exposure. Don’t miss this chance to explore your future career path!

Entry Requirements

To be eligible, you must:

• Be in the UK and from a Black heritage background.
• Be in the first year of a three-year degree or second year of a four-year degree.
• Be on track to graduate in 2027 (no specific UCAS points or degree subject required).
• Have the right to work in the UK in 2026.

Additional Information

• Attendance at our London office is required for this in-person event.
• We will reimburse travel expenses up to £100.
• After completing the Insight Experience, you’ll have the opportunity to advance to the next stage of our 2026 Internship application process, which includes an assessment centre.
