As a Data Engineer, you will be integrated into a group of Big Data specialist consultants working on stimulating projects.

Your missions will be:

  • Work in collaboration with technical engineers and other experts to research and provide answers to technical issues
  • Carry out the work of implementing solutions (data preparation, industrialization of models, communications between different technologies, etc.)
  • Produce projects in agile mode with latest generation development processes and tools (DevOps, Git, CI/CD, etc.)
  • Participate in the development and revision of standards/technical documentation
  • Lead internal training. Support the development of team skills
  • Provide Big Data technical support to teams and customers on a daily basis

With a successful integration, many career development opportunities will quickly open up to you, in the animation of the technical sector or in consulting for Data solutions.

By joining CGI, you benefit in particular from a comprehensive range of training (technical, professional, personal development, etc.), flexibility thanks to our teleworking agreement (up to 3 days of teleworking per week), an advantageous leave policy (27 days of paid leave, RTT, seniority and sick child leave, etc.) and an attractive benefits package (share purchase scheme, profit sharing, CSE, etc.).

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

  • Passionate about IT and data, you enjoy teamwork, learning and sharing.
  • You also have a bold and ambitious spirit.
  • You show initiative and work for the long term.
  • You have 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a digital services company or a consulting firm in the field of Big Data.
  • You have a broad vision of technologies and you master at least one Big Data technology.
