As a Data & AI Manager (m/f/d), you use your skills to develop end-to-end solutions in the areas of data engineering, machine learning, Gen. AI and MlOps and help customers automate critical business processes using the latest technologies.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

• You design and develop end-to-end AI solutions for our customers, which include data engineering, model development and provision of the models
• You act as an interface between the specialist department and IT in demanding and varied project work
• Using methods from mathematics, computer science and statistics, you extract information from large amounts of data that can be beneficial for our customers
• When others only see a data jungle, you recognize patterns, connections and process optimization approaches
• You are very good at analyzing business processes, interfaces and the data behind them

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

• Ideally, you have a degree in (business) computer science, mathematics, statistics or a comparable course of study
• You are familiar with the various machine learning methods and model types
• You have at least 3 years of professional experience in the data science field
• You are very familiar with the frameworks / libraries of the Python data science stack (e.g. Keras, Tensorflow, Numpy, Pandas, sklearn, PyTorch)
• Experience with cloud technologies (Azure, AWS or GCP) is a great advantage
• You already have experience in the analysis of business processes, interfaces and the underlying data
• You have experience in the preparation and analysis of data, as well as in the conception and implementation of data pipelines
• Preferably, you have experience with relational databases, SQL and the use of ETL tools
• Experience with the development of REST APIs and Kafka Consumer / Producer is a great advantage
• You are fluent in written and spoken German and English
