Your future duties and responsibilities:

Integrated into our multidisciplinary teams made up of Data & AI Consultants, Data Science experts and business or sector experts, you will participate in support missions for our clients to best meet their Data & AI strategy and transformation challenges.

As a Manager, you will be required to lead work and supervise consultants to deliver Data & AI consulting services:

• Participate in the ideation, identification and exploration of Data & AI use cases
• Promote the uses of data and the implications on the business model
• Carry out Data & AI maturity audits and diagnostics then formulate recommendations / recommendations on the trajectory
• Define the Data & AI strategy by formalizing a transformation roadmap according to the level of maturity and ambition
• Define the service offering, the operational model and the governance framework for Data & AI activities
• Define the principles of data governance and data management to bring the company's Data & AI assets under control
• Acculturate company managers and business populations to the issues and challenges related to AI
• Frame and design advanced Data & AI use cases based on business needs, company processes and based on technical experts to build innovative, robust and scalable solutions
• Manage multidisciplinary agile systems to land ambitious projects
• Manage Data & AI transformation programs
• Carry out trusted AI approaches to support the securing of AI uses in companies by deploying market best practices

In addition, you will be required to actively participate in the development of the firm's Data & AI activities and the practice:

• Supervise consultants and support them in their development trajectory
• Provide offers and expertise
• Participate in business development and external influence
• Carry out AI R&D work to develop new methodologies, solutions or convictions and work on the development of new assets
• Lead internal training to educate all of the firm's populations about Data and AI
• Carry out customer pitches, learning expeditions and feedback to share your Data & AI know-how and expertise
• Shine within the Data Science ecosystem: Trade fairs, Conferences, Hackathons, Round Tables,..
• Participate in recruitment actions
• Contribute to the animation of the AI ​​community

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

With a first-class higher education Bac+5 (Grande Ecole de Commerce, d'Ingénieur or university course), you have experience in management consulting and/or have led or participated in significant Data & AI transformation projects.

You have demonstrated the qualities expected of a Consulting Manager:

• You adopt a consulting posture with a strong capacity for analysis and synthesis
• You like to quickly develop your skills on new subjects
• You like to work in a team and challenge / be challenged
• You know how to doubt and question
• You know how to work independently and crack complex problems
• You know how to produce all or part of a high-level deliverable
• You know how to supervise consultants and help them grow
• You know how to manage projects and delegate

You have Data & AI expertise:

• You have operational knowledge of one or more dimensions of a Data & AI transformation
• You have a good understanding of Data & AI trends and associated technological disruptions
• You know how to lead thematic workshops for ideation or framing of use cases
• You know the capabilities of AI, the key success factors in its implementation and the points of attention
• You have knowledge of the realities of Data & AI projects on the ground
• You know how to show yourself " chameleon" and adapt your level of Data & AI discourse according to the interlocutors and their level of knowledge (business teams, technical teams, sponsors, etc.)
