Position Overview:

Sodexo is seeking a seasoned Cloud Architect to join our Digital & AI DevSecOps team.

In this role, you will play a key part in designing consumer-facing web and mobile applications.

The DevSecOps team collaborates closely with multiple internal development teams to provide cloud infrastructure, using a wide array of Azure services.

We are looking for someone who can co-design and document cloud services, ensuring that solutions are secure, scalable, and optimized.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate as a key member of the DevSecOps team.
• Gather and analyze requirements to advise on optimal cloud solutions.
• Co-design cloud infrastructure solutions in collaboration with development teams and Enterprise Architects.
• Author both High-Level and Low-Level Design documentation.
• Work alongside Cloud Security Architects to implement security measures and ensure compliance with standards.
• Share cloud expertise and best practices with development teams.

Technical Stack:The role involves working extensively with a wide range of Azure services, including but not limited to: Azure Web Apps, Azure Functions, Azure Application Insights, Azure Redis Cache, Azure SQL, Azure Cosmos DB, Azure Service Bus, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Front Door, Azure API Management, Azure Load Balancer, Azure Application Gateway, Azure Key Vault, Azure Container Registry, Azure Private Endpoints, EntraId and Azure DevOps.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Extensive knowledge of the Azure Cloud platform.
• Experience in designing and documenting cloud infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of Azure networking, including Private Endpoints and Service Endpoints.
• Good knowledge of Identity and Access Management.
• Good knowledge of security best practices such as Zero Trust.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• A consumer-focused mindset.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Azure Boards, or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to have a meaningful impact on the team.
• Commitment to continuous learning and knowledge enhancement.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Data & AI services like Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, or Azure Machine Learning, Power BI is a plus.
