Job Description

Throughout your internship, you’ll work alongside several IT professionals applying technology to seek significant business scenarios. Our company has a dynamic information technology environment, demonstrating technologies such as data science, robotic process automation, Agile/DevOps, and the cloud for Infrastructure as a Service. You will become a member of a team such as Database Administration, Technical Services, Desktop Support, or Network Services. You have opportunities to work directly on impactful solutions.

Our IT teams align with all facets of the business. We use a combination of purchased software (both cloud and hosted on-premise), internally developed applications, and infrastructure (cloud and on-prem) to support Investment Management, Sales, Client Servicing, and Corporate Functions.

Here are some things we’re looking for in our next intern:

• You are a current Sophomore in Information Technology, MIS, Computer Science, or a related major or focus of study

• Effective analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills; attention to detail and accuracy

• You have steadfast ethical standards and integrity

• Shown knowledge of software development concepts using Java, Python, SQL or Database development, analytics, cloud, and data science

Internship Structure:

• 10 Week Program - May - August 2025

• 40 hours a week onsite, between 8am-5pm CST

• Location: Kansas City, MO

• This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship

Additional Requirements:

Employees are required to be in the office on a scheduled frequency. Adherence to this schedule is essential to fulfilling the expectations of the role.
