The Role

Machine Learning is an integral part of how we design products, operate, and pursue Cash App’s mission to serve the unbanked as well as disrupt traditional financial institutions. This role is part of Cash App's Personalization ML Team. This team aims to personalize every interaction that our customers have with Cash App. This team oversees all personalization Machine learning projects for Cash App & Afterpay, including recommendations, search retrieval/ranking, growth, incentives, and cross/up-sell.

You Will

• Partner closely with product and marketing teams to build a tailored experience that helps drive growth, engagement and revenue for Cash App
• Build and deploy machine learning models across our personalization domain

You Have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
• 6+ years of experience in machine learning, data analysis, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Search & Recommendation experience
