The Impact You’ll Be Contributing to Moloco:
We are looking for a GTM Sr. Strategy Ops Manager to drive the Korea business. As a trusted partner of regional leaders, this role is instrumental in steering the commercial strategy and operations for Moloco’s Korea business, driving top-line growth in the short term. Success for this leader will come in four core areas:
Build a growth strategy with strategic initiatives based on market insights by understanding regional market landscape, competition, and customer behaviors.
Partnered with regional leadership, prioritize important strategic initiatives, and drive commercial organization to execute and achieve the goal as a program manager
Provide guidance and lead the commercial leadership team to make sure the organization’s business operations are properly run at regional levels
Collaborate with the global GTM team (Design, Analytics, Sales Activation, Product Specialist, Partnership) to support and drive the design and execution of multiple initiatives and programs
