This role is pivotal in providing strategic planning support for the Data & AI organization by handling its rhythm of business and driving key initiatives. The ideal candidate will coordinate and maintain the organization's rhythm of business, ensuring alignment with strategic goals while working closely with various teams to accurately understand and coordinate major workstreams. They will orchestrate planning efforts, including annual and quarterly planning cycles, and excel in executive storytelling, translating sophisticated data into compelling narratives for leadership. The role involves leading organizational change initiatives related to strategic shifts and organizational priorities, as well as handling and optimizing key business processes, including action tracking and meeting facilitation. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills to support data-driven decision making, seamlessly moving between high-level strategy and tactical execution. They must be a versatile professional capable of navigating complex situations with limited guidance, possessing strong communication skills, adaptability, and the ability to get results through clear planning and proactive problem-solving. This position requires someone who can proactively see opportunities for improving organizational efficiency and effectiveness, contributing significantly to the overall strategic direction of the Data & AI organization.

Base Pay Range: $84,800 - $152,900
Corporate Bonus Target: 15%
The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year.
