The Office of Digital Transformation at Lam Research is responsible for the creation of next generation business processes and accelerated adoption of technology across the company. The Digital Transformation, Senior Manager, Logistics increases the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain by using IOT, technology big data and analytics to transform a market leading semiconductor company to scale for future growth at an unprecedented time in our industry.

What You’ll Do

• As a digital transformation lead, you will shape the future of Lam identifying, developing, and implementing large scale logistics strategies across multi-year transformation roadmap, by leveraging connected digital tools and systems to enhance the efficiency, visibility, and scalability of our global operations.
• You will work as a workstream lead within the plan to fulfil workstream, leading the end-to-end logistics process from suppliers to customers, and implementing technology solutions SAP and other technology platforms to optimize logistics and material availability. Lead with design for future and growth delivering vision and strategy for the future state of connected digital tools and systems and get cross-functional alignment and support.
• Candidate will lead in streamlining and standardization of end-to-end logistics process and will drive business transformation and continuous improvement delivering value, cost reduction, deployment of automation, business intelligence to support data driven decisions, reimagine processes to streamline and drive efficiencies.
• In-depth experience in global logistics, regulations, rates, tariffs etc. as well as experience in implementing technology solutions, consulting ability to support material availability where and when needed as well as visibility through digital thread from source to customer site. Through cross functional collaboration this person will deliver substantial supply chain savings through logistics systems and process improvements resulting in fewer touches from order to fulfilment, improved planning compliance, lower wasteful activities, enhance visibility, and improved user experience. 
• Develop and implement digital metrics that will show improvements in transportation performance, reduced costs, touch points, efficiency, predict trends using data analytics and deliver prescriptive and predictive analytics to businesses to manage and improve logistics performance.
• You will be a cultural change agent, collaborating with departmental leaders and employees, and reimagining processes to streamline and drive efficiencies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in consulting firm.
• Experience in high growth, complex companies.
• AI-Machine Learning concepts and experience with ML technology Experience with SAP preferred or other ERP.

CA San Francisco Bay Area Salary Range for this position: $129,000.00 - $272,000.00 The above salary range for this position is relevant to applicants that reside or work onsite in the California, San Francisco Bay Area only. Salary offers will depend on factors that include the location you work from, your level, education, training, specific skills, years of experience and comparison to other employees already in this role. Actual salary may vary from salary offered due to numerous factors including but not limited to unpaid time off, unpaid leave, company mandated shutdown, and other relevant factors.
