Job Description

Join SAIC as a Program Manager for our new and exciting eNET program based in Patuxent River, MD.

This is a flexwork position that can be performed remotely. It may require <25% travel to the Patuxent River, MD area each year.

Key Role:

• Design, implement, and maintain strategic, multi-disciplinary IT programs in support of customer RDT&E strategy.
• Apply leading-edge principles, theories, and concepts and contribute to the development of new principles and concepts.
• Work on unusually complex problems and provide highly innovative solutions, to include multi-level security cloud implementation with AI/ML.
• Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions or decisions and mentor or supervise employees in both firm and technical competencies. Lead and manage complex activities in accordance with contract requirements and ensure technical, schedule, cost, and financial performance.

• Lead and manage program staff that includes subcontractors and suppliers with significant cross functional interface
• Work collaboratively with executive and business development leadership to support growth and investment strategy development

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in a Technical or Business field
• 5+ years of experience managing an EIT FFP program
• Experience managing complex and large contracts, including subcontract management
• Experience managing software development teams
• Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile engineering and DevOps
• Ability to manage Agile development to support government requirements and on-the-job Agile methodology and requirements management
• Active Secret clearance

Desired Additional Qualifications:

• Experience managing an OTA contract
• Experience with cloud computing technologies services and environments
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

Target salary range: $80,001 - $120,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
