Job Description

SAIC is looking for a highly experienced Chief Ontologist. Applies systems engineering systems modeling and related techniques, tools, and methodologies to construct, steward, curate, and leverage end-to-end digital content for client programs. Able to apply ontological theories and concepts in the formation of semantically-interoperable canonical controlled vocabularies for artificial intelligence and machine learning digital applications. Viewed as an expert in the field of ontology development.

Qualifications

• BS and 18 years
• Desired: PhD in Ontology plus 15 years Experience,
• Must exhibit an exceptional degree of ingenuity, creativity, and resourcefulness and can apply and develop highly advanced technologies, scientific principles, theories, an concepts.
• Secret Clearance
• Ability to obtain and maintain required clearances requiring US Citizenship

Target salary range: $200,001 - $240,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
