Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic development, integration, and go-to-market of our CMDB, Asset Management, and DORA solutions. This role requires a strong focus on ITSM and ITOM products and driving go-to-market strategies, sales enablement, and customer adoption. You will unify ITSM and ITOM solutions, champion cross-functional collaboration, and deliver innovative products that resonate with CIOs. • Lead Product Strategy and Development: Drive the strategic vision and roadmap for existing and new products, infusing our HelixGPT Gen AI capabilities, to deliver innovative and impactful products.
• Launch New Vertical Solutions: Oversee the development and launch of Gen AI solutions tailored for Digital Operations Resiliency, App Rationalization and more, ensuring compliance with industry standards and driving customer adoption through effective GTM strategies.
• AI ServiceOps Solutions: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to seamlessly integrate ITSM (CMDB and Asset) and ITOM (AIOps and Discovery) solutions, enhancing the overall value proposition and crafting a compelling message for CIOs.
• Product Alliances: Develop existing and new product alliances to round out our suite of products and ensure every member of the GTM understands how to solution sell without friction and drive business outcomes better than our competition.
• Cross-functional Leadership: Champion the unification of product, R&D, UX, and GTM teams to forge unparalleled synergy and relentless execution, fostering a collaborative environment that accelerates product innovation and market success.
• Outbound Focus and Sales Enablement: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategies, empowering sales teams with the necessary tools and knowledge to effectively communicate product value, engage prospects, and accelerate customer adoption.

Qualifications: 

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management roles, with a proven track record of success in driving the development and launch of innovative products.
• Experience creating new AL/ML solutions or integrating them into Service Management solutions or related domains (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, DevOps, SACM, etc).
• Experience in data cloud technologies (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery) and Generative AI a plus.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear product requirements.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results in a rapidly evolving market landscape.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
