Job Description

Anaconda is seeking a talented Director of Product, Data & Models to join our rapidly-growing company. As our Director,Data & Models you will oversees the strategic direction, development, and implementation of data-related initiatives within Anaconda. You will play a critical role in leveraging data and analytics to drive innovation, improve operational efficiency, and gain a competitive advantage in the marketplace. This is an excellent opportunity for you to leverage your experience and skills and apply it to the world of data science and machine learning.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run product management and own strategy for data and models products
  • Help craft strategy and execution plan for safe and secure data and models
  • Build and manage team of product managers
  • Partner negotiation and management for sourcing data and models
  • Collaborate with product teams for roadmap alignment

What You Need:

  • 3+ years Leadership / people management experience
  • 8+ Years of product management experience
  • Product strategy and roadmap development
  • Technical background or undergraduate degree
  • Team attitude: “I am not done until WE are done”
