Your primary responsibilities will revolve around clearly articulating the product strategy to the delivery teams, managing the development backlog, drafting user stories, and ensuring alignment with the project roadmap. You will act as the linchpin between business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and other teams to facilitate the seamless execution of AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Backlog Management:

  • Take charge of maintaining, prioritizing, and refining the development backlog for AI projects, ensuring that it reflects evolving business and market needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the development team to ensure user stories are well-defined, clear, and adequately scoped for efficient implementation.

User Story Creation:

  • Skillfully draft and manage user stories, focusing on defining specific requirements and acceptance criteria to guide development efforts.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate user stories, incorporating feedback into the product development process.

Roadmap Alignment:

  • Contribute to creating and maintaining a coherent product roadmap that aligns with business objectives and customer requirements.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to prioritize features, enhancements, and innovations on the roadmap.

Collaboration:

  • Foster a productive and collaborative environment, working alongside data scientists, engineers, and designers to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet stakeholder expectations.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for addressing project-related queries and making critical decisions.

Market Awareness:

  • Continuously analyze the financial services AI landscape, identifying trends, competitors, and opportunities to stay competitive and innovative.

Quality Assurance and Risk Mitigation:

  • Ensure the quality of AI products through robust testing and adherence to industry standards and regulations.
  • Identify and address potential risks associated with AI projects, including data privacy and security concerns.

Product Launch Support:

  • Assist in planning and executing product launches, including the development of go-to-market strategies, marketing collateral, and training materials to enable successful user adoption.

Performance Monitoring:

  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to gauge the success and impact of AI products, driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., computer science, finance, business).
