What you’ll do:

• Analyze large datasets from different source systems to identify cause-effect relation between marketing actions and financial outcomes, and develop recommendations on strategies to increase profitability
• Build scalable and reusable data mining solutions and capabilities to help business stakeholders understand their customers effectively, increase sales leads volume and increase customer success-touch rate
• Proactively identify gaps and opportunities based on customer behaviors/needs, dig out business opportunities to drive incremental revenue
• Analyze the customers activeness and delivery diagnosis reports to help customer management effectively
• Develop predictive modeling/analysis reporting standards and methodologies to improve analytical productivities and effectiveness
• Develop predictive models such as cross sell, Retention, share gain, lifecyle attachment, lifecyle repop to identify the business gap by leveraging global data science platforms
• Build real time dashboards/reports to track data science driven performance, and report-out to leadership
• Optimize these models continuously based on marketing/customers feedback

Who you are:

• Bachelor/master’s degree in mathematics or statistics or computer science
• 3+ years’ experience in data analytics & modeling
• Good Knowledge of programming and scripting languages such as SQL, Python / R / SAS 
• Knowledge of Power BI is a plus
• A good concepts foundation of statistics, machine learning
• Proven experience with analytics tools and company level data systems
• Exceptional analytic abilities, problem solving skills and a passion for data based decision making
• Ability to translate customer insights into marketing activities to achieve tangible results
• Good communication skills, fluent English (speaking and writing skills)
